Click the link below to visit our Advocare Website. We have done all the research and these are the best supplements on the market. Everything sold through the website is effective, safe, and tested for purity and quality. We recommend taking a variety products depending on your needs and goals. We're always happy to share what we take with anyone and to help you pick the products that will best assist you in reaching your goals.
If you only take 1 supplement, take fish oil. Fish oil has been shown to improve brain function, prevents cancer, reduces inflammation in the body, improves heart and cardiovascular health, improve cholesterol levels and prevent heart attack, and has been shown to decrease development of mental illnesses. OmegaPlex has 1000mg of Omega3 fatty acids per tablet, two a day will give you 2000 mg of Omega 3's and last 45 days. (Compare this to the cheaper bottles from Wal-Mart or Costco. They have 350 tablets per bottle, but their pills have only 300mg of Omega 3's, the other 700mg is filler. You would need to take 7 pills a day to match the amount of beneficial Omega 3's that you get from OmegaPlex.)
We predict you are on this website because you care about your health and want to achieve your highest level of fitness. If that's the case then don't neglect the fact that nutrition is a huge part of fitness. These supplements will either fill some holes left by less than perfect nutrition, or give you increased benefit from a good diet.

Well Line products include the MultiPlex vitamin, OmegaPlex fish oil, Joint Promotion (glucosamine, etc.), and Herbal Cleanse. The cleanse is a great way to start if you're going to commit, or re-commit to a good, clean diet.
On the left hand column of the web page there are links to the Trim, Active and Performance Elite lines.
Trim line is where you will find Meal Replacement shakes and Catalyst, which is simply a bunch of bcaa's (branch chain amino acids) that help increase metabolic effects of food and give your body the ingredients it needs to build and repair lean muscle.
Active line has Spark Energy drink (more sustained energy than coffee, plus it tastes great and lacks the sugar), Meal Replacement Bars, and Rehydrate (more electrolytes than gatorade without the sugar). Spark energy drinks come out to about a dollar per serving (less than the local coffee shop) and Rehydrate is a little less than a dollar per serving which is comparable to buying some Gatorade.
Performance Elite is the link you want to click to shop for Mucsle Gain protein shakes, Post Workout Recovery shakes, Muscle strength, Muscle fuel, and nighttime recovery.
These are the products I (Tommy) personally take. Bobbie uses OmegaPlex, and Meal Replacement Shakes (she used this during her recent pregnancy and contines to) She also takes Coreplex the multivitamin, daily.
Once again, we cannot stress enough that everyone should take fish oil daily, whether it be from AdvoCare or not...take it! We also strongly recommend a protein shake and a multivitamin. The other stuff is all great, effective, and safe, so if you see something that interests you feel free to try it without worrying about whether or not it will work or if it's safe.
Still a skeptic??? That's great! So was I, here are some more links to save you time in your research and due diligence.

The Sci/Med Board: Some esteemed Doctors and Professors who endorse and review all advocare products.
Articles: Published articles about AdvoCare Products. I recommend reading:
"OmegaPlex- the Super Nutrient" by Sidney Stohs Ph.D first.
Also read "Controlling Blood Sugar", this article re-enforces what Bobbie and I have been teaching you guys about diet. The supplements are not necessary...the will help if you have a crappy diet, but we would love to see all of you control your blood sugar with a great diet and not have to use any supplements.
"Exceptional Nutrition for Expecting Mom's" is another good one that details a study done which showed that Mom's who took Fish Oil supplements during the 3rd Trimester and Breastfeeding had smarter kids. OmegaPlex is a good one to take because of the purity, when they make it they remove all Mercury, which can lead to birth defects.
Quick Testimonials
I have now been using and distributing Advocare products for a little over 3 months. At first I was really nervous about talking to people about product, I didn't want to come across as a salesman because that is not why I want people using supplements. I want them to reach all of their goals and feel great all of the time. In the past three months I have tried and tested: spark, rehydrate, omegaplex, catalyst, muscle gain, muscle strength, muscle fuel, post workout recovery, nighttime recovery, meal replacement shakes, meal replacement bars, and slam. Not all at the same time of course, but at different times to get a better feel for them. So far I have not had a bad experience with anything. I have experienced huge performance gains, I am recovering quicker than I used to and I have seen the same thing in many of my clients who are on product. My wife Bobbie could never drink protein shakes, they upset her stomach. I had her try post workout recovery right after she gave birth to our little girl, and Bobbie not only loved the taste (chocolate), but it did not upset her stomach at all. She continued to drink a shake each day and is more recovered in 3 weeks than she was after 5 from her 1st pregnancy.
For the month of January this will be my exact usage of Advocare products:
Spark in the morning after breakfast, 2 Omegaplex capsules 3x per day, muscle strength 1 hr before workouts on my hard workout days, post workout recovery shakes immediately following workouts, catalyst in the afternoon every day, occasional meal replacement shake when I'm running late in the mornings, and muscle gain occasionally if I feel like I didn't eat enough protein during the day. That may sound like a lot but it costs me less per day than if I were to order a starbucks latte and pastry each morning.
My experiment with Muscle Fuel:
I ordered one package of Muscle to try it out. While I felt great during workouts, it is often to tell exactly how much a supplement is or is not helping. I needed something measurable to compare. I decided to do two 5k rows a week apart to find out. The first week I rowed an 18:10 which was a 20 sec. improvement from my previous best. The next week I took muscle fuel prior, and then rowed an 18:00. There was a 3 month window where I improved my time by 20 sec. and I had been making huge gains during that time. But to improve by another 10 sec. in one week was shocking. I can be sure that the muscle fuel greatly increased my muscles power endurance. I thought I'd share this since CrossFit is all about measurable results, I didn't feel like I could strongly endorse a product unless I could scientifically prove that it gets results. There is a more in depth scientific study that you can find by clicking here. The guy in the video is Dr. William Kraemer, a professor of Kinesiology, Physiology, Neurobiology, and Medicine at the University of Connecticut. He is one of many highly quilified, well respected Men and Women on AdvoCare's Sci/Med Review Board.
