We had 50 people do the "Jackie" WOD today! Wow, only 2 months ago we had less than 50 total clients, you guys Rock. Thanks for your hard work and consistency, it is gonna pay off bigtime. WE hope you are all as excited about this paleo challenge as we are. 6 weeks, no problem, we can do anything for 6 weeks...and the benefits you see will be well worth it. Last Chance for the NCAA Tournament Pool. Sign-up it's only $10. It really doesn't matter if you know basketball, it's pretty much like throwing darts at a board in this tournament. The more people who participate the more fun it will be, and the bigger the prize pot will be at the end.
