Paleo Challenge is on!!! We will kick it off Saturday at 11:30 with a free Nutrition Seminar presented by Terry Shanahan. There will be a ton of good info so be there. Details on how the challenge will be judged will be disclosed on Saturday, we will try to make it as complicated as possible...that way eating healthy will seem easy :-) We hope to see you all there, and remember it's 3 parts. Eating right, performance on the benchmark WOD, and change in body composition. You will have an opportunity to get a baseline time for the workout today, and if any of you miss you will be able to make it up on Saturday at 7, 9, or 10am.
Jump ropes should be in tomorrow. We'll bring them by Wed. if they are and you can trade us cash for a rope.
4pm Strength/Power WOD was great today, and it will continue. The schedule is a little funky, the WOD is scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It is actually Monday, Tu, and Th until the end of this month, then the Friday Soccer WOD will move to Monday and the Strength/Power workout will be as scheduled. Please do not show up Friday at 4pm in March! Only in April.
Supplements have been ordered. If you missed out talk to me and I'll walk you through how to order your own. (it's actually easier that way)
Congrats to Melanie for becoming the 2nd Ute CrossFit girl to get a Muscle-Up! Way to go you badass vegetarian. I can't wait for you to do the Paleo Challenge and chow down on some bacon!

Renee and I are going to be in vegas until friday (our last hurrah before the paleo challange) so we can't pick up our jump ropes until then. If possible, could you save 2 small jump ropes. We're little people.

This sounds fun. Marcie and I are in. If only they made a late Saturday night Paleo Pizza. I will be missing my thin crust Pepperoni on drink night.
