10 Box-steps w Barbell on back (24"/20")(95#/65#)
20 Sit ups
10 Push press
20 Floor Wipers (95#/65#)
Strength Work: Band Bench Press 3X5 (We will set up stations and each person will rotate in. The goal is speed on the way up and control on the way down, with a pause at the top)

5 sets for max weight used:
Power Clean x 1
Front Squat x 1
Push Press Overhead to back rack x 1
Back Squat x 1
Push Press Overhead to front rack x 1
repeat sequence 7 times; weight cannot rest on ground in set
rest EXACTLY 5 min b/t sets
Weight - 75, 75, 95, 105, 115
Havent pushed any weights in 1.5weeks. Felt slow, lethargic, and feel like ass...

I am going to be honest! Badger was absolute Hell!!! Fell asleep mid-sentence last night and I feel numb this morning mentally and physically... Just me???

At RX yeah i am sure it was hard. I still have a few pounds to add to the bar to get there.

yeah i do two reps we are there..chasing ace around that wet track was hard enough.
