Friday: 6am, 6:45am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm (no 8am class)
Saturday: 7am, 8-10am open gym, 10am
Also no 8am class this Friday, Feb. 12. Sorry for inconvenience, Tommy fly's out for Boston Friday at 7am for the C.R.A.S.H.-B's




AM ers! Nice job this morning with "Jackie" Everyone's Thrusters looked strong and most went RxD for all 50 reps! Love it!
And good work to the 6:45 crew with wall sits. Mel and Kevin made a visit to the am class and both held their wall sits for a veeeerrrry long time. Kevin for 3:00 and Mel for 2:51. I challenge you all to beat those times!

Nice 2 min pr for Devin. Way to go man. Laurel rocked the wall sit with 3:30 in the afternoon class. Basically everyone kicked butt.
Have fun everybody with Matt, Alli, and Ben coaching the classes for the next week. Thanks for your patience with the new schedule and we'll see you all when we get back from Oregon!
