Feb 6 Grand Opening Update
Get to the gym by 9:30 am.
Workouts will start at 10am on Saturday Feb. 6. We will plan on doing heats of 9 people at a time, and about 3 heats total. The workout should end around 11, and then we will socialize, possibly drink some recovery drinks, and head out to grab a bite to eat at Fiddlers Elbow or Sugarhouse BBQ Company.
Those who did this wod in November and are eligible to win prizes are: Suzanne, Neil, Laurel, Archie, Jillian, Gary, Sandra, Mel Wayman, Sean, Ace, Devin, Marcie, Jill, Kaleo, Jessica D, Angel, Ben, Trevor, AJ, Matt, Becca, Brooke and Byron, Amber, Shauna, and a couple others who I don't have times for. If any of you cannot make the workout then we will have a 7am class. However you will not win any prizes if you can't make the 10am as per our agreement in November (Gary and Sandra)
I figure there to be room for about 10 more people so if any of our newer clients want to join in the fun, please put your names on the white board and let me or Bobbie know you're interested.

i was so happy to see the pullup bar still hanging up when i got in for the 6:15pm class. after seeing the photos with all the people on it, i got a little nervous...see, i tightened a few of those bolts!
filthy fifty did a body good. last time recorded was 33:00 on 8/5/09. new pr today - 20:27. subbed 150 singles for double unders...got to work on those damn things. just cant ever find my rhythm.
out of town until sunday...which is an off day...see you gym rats monday.

I'll be there on Saturday. My 300 time is logged in my book, I think it was 15:40 but can double check!

This workout will be killer! What again are the prizes?? :) Will you judge off who scaled and who did not . . right? Or is it soley off imporovment on time?

UTE Crossfitters:
Looking forward to cheering you all on for the 300 WOD on Saturday. You guys are going to do great! This will be a great measure to see how far you have come along in the past several months.
Enjoy today's Agility WOD...its a fun one. You can thank Tommy for the idea and me for the actual structure!
Make sure to bring your friends on Saturday! The Grand Opening for UTE CF is going to be off the hook!
