Below is an article on paleo nutrition, it is a good memory refresher on what we should be striving to eat and a few recipes to go with it. We borrowed it from Crossfit Seattle's website.

Great Classes today. I think the positive energy from the new gym is rubbing off on everyone. Kaleo and Bryan battled it out at the 6am, with Ryan right behind. All three did the workout rx'd. Renee, Marcie, and Amber were all neck and neck the whole time pushing each other. Way to go crew!
We also had quite the lunch crew. Ben a.k.a. "Utah Beast" finished everything except double unders in 14:15, but struggled on doubles because the rope was way too short. He still finished in 16:40, which is phenomenal for anyone, especially someone who weighs 235. Terry was right behind him until the wallballs, but finished in just over 21 minutes. This was Terry's 2nd crossfit workout ever! Pretty amazing, and the secret is NUTRITION. Terry is a nutrition guru and if anyone gets a chance to talk with him ask him his story, he literally has turned his whole life around with great nutrition, and is in amazing shape.
We're looking forward to the "300" Challenge Finale on Saturday. Should be a great crowd and a lot of fun. We'll be sure to lighten the load on Friday for you guys.
