Announcements first:
After talking with many of you, and the lack of attendence in our 6:45 pm class, we are going to make a schedule change. Our evening classes will be at 5 pm and 6 pm sharp, starting Monday, August 25. If this causes a problem for anyone where they cannot make the class times let us know.
We are also thinking about adding a morning class in a month or so. Mornings have been our busiest, and with new clients joining each week we are hoping to have a 6:30 am class and a 7:30 am class. Look for that in the next month. Also look for the locker rooms being useable in the next month. Hopefully sooner than later, but progress has gotten held up a little due to issues beyond our control. We are hoping the extra morning class times along with a place to shower and get ready for work will really help a lot of you guys out as far as being able to get in a quality workout without taking time out of your day :-)
Nutrition!!!!!! Bobbie and I have been working really hard with Amber and Matt on meal plans and diet, after the first week Matt has dropped 7.5 lbs, and Amber hasn't weighed in yet but is looking great and says she feels lighter and has more energy. If any of you are lost or unsure as far as nutrition goes please approach us with questions. We love to help out with nutrition advice and can even help you design a weekly meal plan that will help you reach your goals.
Lastly, there has been enough interest in doing some Yoga once or twice a week so we're going to get that rolling in September. We are thinking once or twice a week, the best times being wed. nights and saturday mornings at 9 am. If we do twice a week we will all have to chip in and maybe pay like $5 a week or something for those of us who want to participate. If only once a week, maybe like $5 a month per person, and the gym can fund the rest. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Show up!!! If you suck at cleans or don't want to lift heavy weight don't worry, we'll figure out something that works for you. We will also spend a lot of time learning proper technique on the squat clean so you don't want to miss it!
