Sorry to Taylor, I didn't realize there was a tie when I announced the top 5 after the competition. I've also updated the affiliate rankings based on Taylors 5th place finish. Since Taylor and Hillari each had 23 total points, I went to their single lowest finish for the tie breaker, they each had a 4th place, 5th place, and 8th place finish so therefore I had no way to break the tie. Congrats to both 5th place finishers.
Masters: Fittest (old) Man in Utah Brent Miller, Fittest (old) Woman in Utah Kim Averett (I say old with the most respectful and endearing of intentions. All Masters competitors did great and were very impressive. Kim was 7th overall out of 25 women and helped her team take 2nd in the affiliate standings. Brent Miller edged out Wendell Eames by a 2 second margin in the final WOD. They were in the same heat and Brent came through on the final run, great effort by both!)
Affiliates: Ute CrossFit 19 pts. (men 1st and 11th, women 3rd and 4th), 2nd CrossFit Cache Valley 23 pts. (men 2nd and 9th, women 5th and 7th), 3rd CrossFit NRG (men 5th and 6th, women 1st and 14th)

A big thank you to all who made this possible! We had total of 14 affiliates represented from 3 states. This was a big undertaking and everything went wonderfully. Thanks to 801 and Wasatch for collaborating and making sure I didn't screw things up too bad. Tyson did a great job spearheading the judging which is a terribly difficult job. He did great and all of the judges did exactly as they were instructed, holding competitors to the highest standard.
Also a HUGE thanks to my beautiful and amazing wife Bobbie Jo. We welcomed our 2nd child, Penelope, on December 14th. She is a full time mother of a 16 month old and a newborn and still managed to coach classes and help me prepare this event for everybody. I couldn't have done it without her and I love her very much!
