**************
Admission will be $5 per person, $10 per family and anyone under 18 is free.
Donations will be accepted as well and 100% of donations will go to benefit the survivors and families of victims from the Ft. Hood shootings. We are also donating $5 from every competitors registration fee to the cause.
***************
We have dialed in the workouts and put together a few quick video's to explain the standards on movements for the competition. The only discrepancy is that on WOD #3, women will aim for a 9' target on the Wall Balls. In the video it says men and women will both have a 10' target, this is incorrect. Essentially men will have a piece of tape at 9'6" that must be exposed for the rep to count, and women will have a piece of tape at 8'6".
Once again, the price of the competition will go up Sunday night to $75. Please register now if you plan to compete. We will send out an e-mail Monday to get everybody's t-shirt size and some personal info, please respond to it and get back to us promptly.

I'm really looking forward to putting on this event. I'd love to thank the volunteers beforehand, as well as the participants. I'm really nervous to put this on but I know it will be great just because of the quality of people we have competing and helping with the whole thing!
I really stressed over the WOD's. Wanted to allow the maximum number of people to compete RX'D, while still holding a high standard and truly finding the fittest in Utah!
Thanks to Amber, Matt, Shauna, and Alli for helping me with the video for movement standards, and to the folks at 801 for working with me. Also to Damon from Wasatch for the advice and help with planning...Don't worry, he didn't know any of the WOD's beforehand.

Oh, and some people are questioning Carrot Top's scores...I counted every rep of his on the thighmaster workout and it was legit...the guy is a beast!

Mr. Hackenbruck, we were talking at our affiliate and some of us were wondering if the is going to be any entrance/admission fee/cost for those coming to watch the event. Just wondering.
