This Friday, Jan. 1 Registration will go from $55-75. We are doing this to encourage you guys to get it done. T-shirts have been ordered and we need information from everybody in order to run a successful event. If you are thinking about signing up please do so soon!
Workouts will be posted Saturday! In order to keep scaling to a minimum they have been slightly modified. Here are the proposed movements for the competition: running, rowing, clean and jerk 115/75#, ring dips (men)/ ring push-ups (women), burpees Yeah, front squats 115/75#, wall balls 20/14# and 10' target, pushups, Kettlebell swings 24/16 kg, lunges, deadlifts 225/135.
You now have 2 weeks to familiarize yourself with the movements, please practice them and make sure you are comfortable. All competitors will receive e-mails shortly after the workouts are released about scaling. Please respond and let us know so that we can plan accordingly.
